By using this model you agree to abide by the following:

1.) Modifications of any kind are allowed (explicit edits are expanded on in #5), however, regardless of modifications, reselling or redistributing this, or any part of this model is strictly prohibited, as is claiming total ownership. I (@Mochaton_) am the original creator, and the only place this model should be available for purchase is on my kofi/gumroad.

2.) Creating versions for public use (avatar pedestals/allowed cloning) is allowed, HOWEVER, both watermarks (expression menu and chest) MUST BE PRESENT if the avatar is at all marked as public during upload.

3.) I reserve the right to remove any public use versions of this model as I deem fit. There are very few cases in which I would do so barring the above.

4.) The watermarks may be removed ONLY if you have purchased the avatar and it is strictly set on private, E.g. no cloning. Basically I'm saying turn off cloning if you are going to remove it. - This does not mean you may only use it without watermarks in private. You can use it wherever you want, just so long as it is not publicly available.

5.) Explicit edits are permitted only so long as they are kept to private spaces.

6.) Do not use this model to propagate hate speech or violent and offensive ideologies, E.g. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or anything that targets vulnerable minority groups.

7.) You may use this model in social media content as you wish. This includes stream avatars.

8.) In the case of retexturing commissions, both parties must own the model.

9.) If you are interested in creating additional assets for sale or any other pieces of commercial media (merch for example), please get into contact with me first by adding my discord (mochaton)

10.) All sales are final, I do not offer refunds. Requires Poiyomi shaders which are included in the unity package.
